My name is Ken. I live in Santa Monica, California (right next to Los Angeles where I grew up). I work out of my apartment. I've been selling these devices since May of 2003.

Diane is a stay at home mom who helps me part-time with sales. She's a really sweet lady. We started working together in March of 2004. She works from her home too. We've got the phone system set up so it rings at her place and mine at the same time. So whichever of us picks up first gets the call. By the way, Diane is a stay-at-home mom with a 3 year old son named Aeden and an 9 year old son named Kaelan. If you hear some kids in the background don't be alarmed.

I've worked with several computer programmers and an electrical engineer to develop these vehicle tracking devices. We are actually still working to improve it. If you call me I'll explain what we are up to. I know this product inside and out. I can explain the limitations as well as the strengths. I can tell you how people use it, why they use, what they like about it and what they don't. I talk with customers all week long about one thing.... vehicle tracking devices.

Who are our customers? It's really sad but about 70% are spouses who are being cheated on... :( Another 25% are private investigators. 5% are employers and we get the occasional parents of teenage children.
